How Majestic Got Started
Mike McDonald started Majestic Pool Service out of Bay Shore with one truck and a straightforward idea: show up when you say you will, do the work right, and charge a fair price.
That was over 25 years ago. Today, Majestic runs service routes across Eastern Nassau and Western Suffolk County, maintaining over 300 residential pools every season. The trucks are different. The team is bigger. But the way we operate has not changed. We still answer the phone. We still show up on time. And we still treat every pool like it belongs to someone we know.
We are a full-service pool maintenance and repair company specializing in in-ground residential pools and spas. Our crew handles everything from weekly chemical checks to full liner replacements, heater installs, safety cover installations, and emergency equipment repairs.

Mike started Majestic over 25 years ago after leaving teaching. He still oversees every major project and signs off on every equipment install. If something goes wrong on your pool, Mike knows about it.
Casandra and Bella
Casandra and Bella run the office. They answer the phone, schedule visits, handle billing, and keep every route organized. When customers say "the office always gets back to me," they mean these two.
Jared and Will
Our field crew handles pool openings, closings, equipment repairs, liner replacements, and new installs. Low turnover means the same techs work on your pool season after season.
Roberto and Craig
Our weekly maintenance crew keeps 300+ pools clean and balanced all summer. They know your pool's quirks, your equipment, and your preferred schedule. Consistency is what keeps our clients year after year.
