Pool Installation Long Island
Custom inground pools built from the ground up. Designed for your yard, your family, and Long Island's climate. Serving Nassau and Suffolk County for over 25 years.

Built for Your Yard, Not Off a Template
Every backyard on Long Island is different. Lot size, soil conditions, setback requirements, sun exposure, and how your family actually uses the space all factor into the design. We do not sell pre-built packages. We sit down with you, walk the yard, and build a pool that fits.
Mike and Paul run the installation side. Between them, they have designed and built pools across Bay Shore, West Islip, Babylon, Lindenhurst, Deer Park, Islip, and dozens of other towns in Nassau and Suffolk County. They handle every phase from the initial design through final startup. You deal with the same people from day one through the first swim.
We build vinyl liner inground pools. That is what works best on Long Island given the soil, the frost line, and the budget most homeowners are working with. And we build them to last 20 years or more with the right maintenance.
How a Majestic Pool Installation Works
From first conversation to first swim. Here is what happens at every stage.
Consultation and Design
We walk your yard, talk about what you want, and measure everything. Then we design the pool around your lot, your budget, and your family's needs. No cookie-cutter plans.
Permits and Excavation
We handle all permits through Suffolk County and Nassau County. Once approved, the dig crew comes in and excavates. We follow every New York State and local pool regulation to the letter.
Plumbing, Electrical, and Structure
Plumbing lines go in. Electrical gets wired. The pool walls, floor, and coping are set. The liner is measured and installed. Equipment pad gets built with the pump, filter, and heater of your choice.
Fill, Start Up, and Swim
We fill the pool, balance the water chemistry, test every piece of equipment, and walk you through how everything works. Your pool is ready. We handle the first startup so you do not have to figure anything out on your own.
Before and After
Same backyard. Completely different life. This is what a Majestic installation looks like from start to finish.
Pool Types and Materials
We specialize in vinyl liner inground pools, but here is how the three main pool types compare for Long Island homeowners.
Vinyl Liner Pools
Our specialty. Vinyl liner pools are the most popular choice on Long Island because they work with our soil conditions, our frost line, and most homeowner budgets. The liner surface is smooth, comfortable, and available in hundreds of patterns. Liners last 8 to 12 years with proper care and are straightforward to replace when the time comes.
Concrete Pools
Concrete gives you complete freedom on shape, size, and depth. It is the most expensive option and takes the longest to build, typically 3 to 6 months. Concrete pools also need resurfacing every 10 to 15 years. They work well for homeowners with larger budgets who want a fully custom shape.
Fiberglass Pools
Fiberglass shells are factory-made and installed as one piece. They go in fast, usually 2 to 3 weeks. The downside is you are limited to the shapes and sizes the manufacturer offers. They resist algae well and need less chemical maintenance than concrete.
Permits, Regulations, and What to Expect
Installing a pool on Long Island means dealing with town building departments, Suffolk County or Nassau County health codes, setback requirements, fence regulations, and electrical permits. Every municipality has different rules. Bay Shore is different from Babylon. Islip is different from Huntington.
We handle all of it. Permit applications, site surveys, inspections, and code compliance. We have been pulling pool permits across Long Island for over 25 years. We know which towns are fast, which ones are slow, and what each building department wants to see before they sign off.
Most vinyl liner pool installations take 4 to 8 weeks from dig to swim depending on the scope, weather, and permit timelines. We give you a realistic schedule upfront and keep you updated through every phase. No guessing where things stand.

Why Long Island Homeowners Choose Majestic for Pool Installation
25+ Years Building Pools Here
We know Long Island soil, Long Island building codes, and Long Island weather. Every pool we build accounts for the freeze-thaw cycle, local drainage patterns, and the specific regulations in your town.
Same Team, Start to Finish
Mike and Paul oversee every installation personally. You are not handed off to subcontractors or a crew you have never met. The people who design your pool are the same people who build it.
Licensed, Insured, A+ BBB
Fully licensed and insured with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We pull our own permits, carry full liability coverage, and stand behind every pool we build.
We Do Not Disappear After Installation
A lot of pool companies build your pool and move on. We stick around. Most of our installation clients sign up for weekly maintenance the same season their pool goes in. The crew that built your pool is the same crew taking care of it every week.
We also handle pool openings in spring and pool closings in fall. If equipment needs repair down the road, you call the same company that installed it. One relationship, for the life of your pool.
Safety Features Built Into Every Pool
Every pool we install meets or exceeds New York State and local safety codes. Fencing, gate latches, and barrier requirements are handled as part of the build. We do not leave those for you to figure out after the fact.
We also install Loop-Loc safety covers as an add-on for families with young children. A safety cover rated to support the weight of a child or pet gives you peace of mind every time the pool is not in use. It is one of the smartest upgrades you can add to a new pool.
