We Fix What Other Companies Cannot Figure Out

When your pump stops circulating, your heater will not fire, or your pool is losing water faster than it should, you need someone who can show up, find the problem, and fix it. Not someone who guesses, orders the wrong part, and comes back three times.

Jared, Will, and Elder run our repair crew. Between the three of them, they have worked on every brand, every equipment setup, and every plumbing configuration you will find in a Long Island backyard. Hayward, Pentair, Sta-Rite, Jandy, Raypak, AquaCal. They carry the most common parts on the truck so most repairs get done the same day.

We handle everything in-house. Pump motors, heater ignitors, filter assemblies, plumbing leaks, salt cells, and chlorinator boards. If it keeps your pool running, we fix it.

What We Fix

Common Pool Repairs We Handle

Pools have a lot of moving parts. Here is what breaks most often and what we do about it.

Pump Repair and Replacement

Loud motors, seized impellers, tripped breakers, and pumps that will not prime. We diagnose the issue on site and carry most common motors and seals on the truck for same-day repair.

Heater and Heat Pump Repair

Gas heaters that will not ignite, heat pumps throwing error codes, and units that shut off mid-cycle. We work on Raypak, Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, and AquaCal systems. Most heater issues get resolved in one visit.

Filter Repair and Replacement

Cracked filter housings, blown laterals, torn cartridge elements, and DE grids that will not hold. We repair and replace sand filters, cartridge filters, and DE filter systems from all major brands.

Leak Detection and Plumbing Repair

Dropping water levels, wet spots in the yard, and air bubbles in the return lines all point to a leak. We use professional detection methods to find leaks in underground plumbing, fittings, and pool walls, then fix them.

Salt System and Chlorinator Repair

Low chlorine output, error codes on the control panel, and salt cells coated in calcium buildup. We diagnose salt chlorine generators, replace cells, and repair control boards to get your sanitation system running again.

Liner Tears and Damage

Small tears near the steps, wrinkles pulling away from the track, and fading that weakens the vinyl. We patch what can be saved and recommend liner replacement when the damage has gone too far.

Warning Signs

How to Know When Your Pool Needs a Repair

Pool problems do not fix themselves. A pump that sounds louder than last month is not breaking in. It is wearing out. A heater that takes twice as long to warm the water is not a slow start. Something is failing inside.

Water dropping more than a quarter inch per day usually means a leak somewhere in the plumbing or shell. Cloudy water that will not clear up even with the right chemical levels usually points to a filtration problem. Breakers tripping repeatedly when the pump kicks on means an electrical issue that gets worse every time you reset it.

The repairs that cost the most are the ones that got ignored the longest. A $200 pump seal replacement turns into a $1,200 motor replacement if the seal leaks long enough. A small plumbing drip becomes a $2,000 dig-and-replace job after a full winter of freeze-thaw cycles.

If something seems off, call. We will tell you straight whether it needs fixing now or can wait.

Licensed, Insured, A+ BBB

Brands We Service

We Work on Every Major Pool Equipment Brand

Our repair crew services Hayward, Pentair, Sta-Rite, Jandy, Raypak, and AquaCal equipment. Those are the brands installed in the majority of Long Island pools and we stock the most common replacement parts for all of them.

If you have older equipment that has been discontinued, we can usually source the parts or recommend a direct replacement that fits your existing plumbing and electrical setup. We do not push full system replacements when a $150 part solves the problem.

Catch Problems Early

Weekly Maintenance Clients Get Problems Found First

Our weekly maintenance clients rarely end up with emergency repair calls. That is because our techs check equipment operation every single visit. A pump running hot, a filter at high pressure, or a heater slow to fire all get flagged before they become failures.

If something does need repair, weekly clients get priority scheduling. The same crew that spotted the problem calls in the repair and gets it handled fast. That is the advantage of having one company on your pool year-round.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a pool repair cost on Long Island?
It depends on what is broken. A pump seal or gasket replacement might run $150 to $300. A full motor swap is typically $400 to $800. Heater repairs range from $200 for an ignitor to $600 or more for a heat exchanger. We give you the price before we start any work so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How quickly can you come out for a repair?
Most repairs are scheduled same-day or next-day depending on the time of year. During peak summer months, our schedule is tighter but we prioritize equipment failures that make the pool unsafe or unusable. Weekly maintenance clients get priority scheduling.
Do you repair all pool equipment brands?
We service all major brands including Hayward, Pentair, Sta-Rite, Jandy, Raypak, and AquaCal. These are the brands installed in most Long Island pools and we stock the most common replacement parts for all of them. If you have an older or less common brand, call us and we will let you know.
Can you repair my pool liner or do I need a full replacement?
It depends on the damage. Small tears and punctures can often be patched, especially if the liner is still in decent overall condition. If the liner is faded, brittle, pulling away from the track, or has multiple tears, a full replacement is usually the better investment. We inspect it and give you an honest recommendation.
Do you offer emergency pool repair?
We do not offer after-hours emergency service, but we do prioritize urgent situations during business hours. A pump failure, a major leak, or an electrical issue that makes the pool unsafe gets moved to the front of the schedule. Call us first thing in the morning and we will work you in as fast as we can.
